BayLineup's Original Integration Partner
MechConnect
A marketplace that connects customers who need repair work with mechanics and shops. When a MechConnect lead turns into a job, BayLineup is where the shop manages the customer, vehicle, appointment, and repair order.

BayLineup and MechConnect are working together on API connectivity and joint shop workflows. The commercial partnership is active; the technical connector is still in development and has not been verified against a live sandbox, so it is not yet available to shops.

NorCal Cash for Cars
A Northern California vehicle acquisition partner. When a shop has a customer with an unwanted, damaged, non-running, or end-of-life vehicle, BayLineup passes the opportunity to NorCal Cash for Cars by email and phone, and tracks it through to pickup. There is no API connection between the two systems — NorCal handles the offer, the pickup, and the payment to the customer directly.
Northern California — generally Oroville south through Sacramento to Modesto. Coverage near the edges is confirmed case by case; the territory is non-exclusive.

This is deliberately not an integration. NorCal Cash for Cars has no API, and BayLineup does not sync data with them. Opportunities are sent and tracked by email and phone through BayLineup's managed provider pipeline, which keeps a permanent lead ID and full status history for each one.
The platform underneath shop-management sync
Shop-management sync is listed as Planned above because no named vendor is connected yet — but the platform it will run on already exists and is real, not vaporware.
- Tenant-scoped connections, with a credential-encryption pipeline (AES-256-GCM) and secret-shaped config values redacted from every API response.
- A generic REST connector, webhook ingestion, and CSV import, with canonical field mapping and employee-mapping overrides per connection.
- Sync state, retry with backoff, and dead-letter handling for failed syncs, so one bad record doesn't silently stop the rest.
