Help build the operating layer for the shop floor.

BayLineup gives tire and auto shops a live visual board for assigning work, tracking vehicles, and keeping the floor moving. We're building a small team around people who can understand the shop, move quickly, and turn real customer feedback into growth.

Commission-Based Sales Representative — full details

What you'll do

  • Start conversations with independent tire and auto repair shops and identify where BayLineup can improve the way work is assigned and tracked.
  • Run focused product conversations and demos that connect BayLineup to the shop's actual workflow instead of relying on generic software pitches.
  • Own follow-up from first contact through a signed customer and keep opportunities organized and moving.
  • Bring back clear field feedback on objections, pricing, integrations, and the language shop owners actually use.

You'll probably do well here if

  • You are comfortable prospecting and creating your own pipeline, not only working inbound leads.
  • You can speak plainly with owners, service managers, and shop operators and learn how their floor really runs.
  • You care more about solving a real operational problem than forcing a scripted pitch.
  • Automotive or shop-software experience is useful, but strong B2B sales ability and curiosity matter more.

Customer Success / Onboarding Specialist — full details

What you'll do

  • Run onboarding for newly signed shops: account setup, data import from whatever system they used before, and initial configuration.
  • Train shop owners, supervisors, and technicians on the assignment board so the software fits how their floor already runs, not the other way around.
  • Be the first point of contact for onboarding and early-usage questions, and route real product feedback back to the team.
  • Watch for early signs a shop isn't adopting the product and step in before it becomes a churn risk.

You'll probably do well here if

  • You're a patient, clear communicator with people who aren't software-first — shop owners and technicians, not engineers.
  • You can manage several onboardings at once without dropping details.
  • You're comfortable digging into how a specific shop's floor actually operates and adapting a walkthrough to it.
  • Customer success, support, or training experience is useful; shop or automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Growth Marketing (Contract) — full details

What you'll do

  • Improve SEO and content on the existing marketing pages (Product, Features, Pricing, Integrations, and similar) to bring in more qualified organic traffic.
  • Plan and run acquisition campaigns (organic or paid) aimed at independent tire and auto repair shops.
  • Track the funnel from visitor to demo request to signed shop, and report honestly on what's converting and what isn't.
  • Turn early BayLineup shops into case studies and proof points the sales team can use.

You'll probably do well here if

  • You're comfortable working independently with a small team and a limited budget, not inside a large marketing org.
  • You're data-driven — you'd rather show a real number than a good-sounding plan.
  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience is useful; experience marketing to local/small businesses or the automotive industry is a plus.
