Who builds BayLineup
BayLineup is built by a small, independent team that works directly with the shops using it. There is no call-center support tier and no account-management layer between you and the people who write the software: the address on the contact form reaches the team that ships it.
Why it exists
It started from a specific, ordinary problem on a shop floor: the board is only as current as the last person who remembered to update it, and once the day is over there is no record of what actually happened. BayLineup was built to fix that one thing well before adding anything else.
How we build
Shop-first, and narrow on purpose. Features ship when they work for a real shop day, and the Integrations page lists what is genuinely available rather than what is planned — including when the honest answer is "not yet."
